What is the difference between Attorney Gateway and Korbitec Gateway?


Korbitec Gateway is an instruction and messaging service technology that ensures secure and guaranteed communication of messages between parties. Attorney Gateway is the messaging service for FNB Home Loans; customised for FNB HL specific data and business logic and is powered by Korbitec Gateway technology.

How much does Gateway cost?


With Gateway; attorneys are only charged for Instructions they receive via the system. Attorneys are refunded for all Instructions that are Not Taken Up, Withdrawn or Cancelled by the bank. There are no monthly subscription fees.

How do I get activated onto Gateway?


Click here to send an e-mail with your firm details to our Customer Care department. You will then be contacted to verify your details, answer any additional questions you might have and to supply you with an activation code. Using this activation code, you (or a support consultant) will activate your firm onto Gateway via your Conveyancing Desktop Software.

Do I require training to use Gateway?


Gateway is simple to use and works directly from your Conveyancing Desktop Software. No detailed training is required. However regular training sessions are held at the Korbitec branches for Gateway which incorporates specific bank processes. Contact a branch closest to you to book your seat at a training session.

Who do I contact if I have any Gateway related queries?


Contact the Korbitec Helpdesk on 0860 266839 (CONVEY) for any Gateway related queries. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. You can alternatively contact a Support Consultant at your closest Korbitec branch.
